We were very happy with Andres’ service today. He quickly identified our problem! We will do business with this company in the future!
Second call; Jorge Garcia (and assistant) were here for electrical indpection and outlet repairs. … More Jorge gave us the lowdown on our ancient breaker panel and service disconnect, which we will be getting upgraded. They also replaced some outlets and got our wiring issue straightend out! Very professional service; we’re very happy!
Third call; Jorge and Jesse have upgraded our service disconnect and breaker panels. They did very nice work; the results are beautiful and look to stand for decades! We’re now waiting for the city to come inspect it, then AEP to reconnect, and we’re done!
It took awhile for AEP to get here, and then the technician was unfamiliar with our service disconnect setup (I suspect it’s quite ancient!). There was another Mike’s tech in the park doing an estimate, so he stopped by to offer advice. We now have power; thank you! -
Jorge Garcia, Adrian Lerma and Jesse Fletcher completed a plumbing/electrical jobs at my house. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and their outstanding customer service. They were very courteous upon entering my home and … More always wore shoe covers to minimize mess. They cleaned up after their job was completed and my appliances were installed perfectly. Jesse was very informative when explaining to me the perks of their membership program and I ended up signing on as a loyal customer. Jorge considered my preferences when installing my light fixtures to ensure that I was happy with the installation. Adrian gave us pointers on how to clean our drains and scheduled a follow up to see if the interventions are effective. Overall I had a great experience with these technicians and I highly recommend Mighty Mikes if you want the job done right.
