Plumbing Inspection Services:
- All toilets Dye tested and checked for proper operations. Water levels adjusted as needed. Includes complimentary basic 2.5″ flappers.
- Test all drains with running water for clogs & inspect all exposed drain pipes. Includes complimentary main sewer line camera inspection (proper access required).
- Visual water heater inspection. Includes complimentary water heater flushing (tank-style) on units installed by Mighty Mike’s.
- Check incoming water pressure and test drinking water quality.
- Members who bundle all 3 plans receive 1 complimentary Backflow certification test or basic minor toilet rebuild.

Electrical Inspection Services:
- Check incoming power supply connections on overhead services.
- Inspect breakers for proper sizing, labeling and amperage reading.
- Home checked for proper electrical grounding.

- All Smoke Detectors tested. Includes battery replacement (if applicable).
- Reduced pricing on thermal imaging.

A/C & Heating Inspection Services:
- Includes basic coil chemical cleaning. (Additional charge for removing coil).
- Check unit operation & refrigerant levels.
- Includes replacement of batteries on thermostat (if applicable).
- Check all limit and safety devices on unit for proper operation.
- Text CO detectors when gas furnace is present.
- Visual inspection of ducting system through 2 air vents.
- Inspect and flush primary A/C drain line from unit to plumbing system.
