I absolutely love the job Y'all just completed today. Definitely happy customers. I highly recommend this company! The technicians were respectful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. The techs kept their work spaces clean and they had clear communication with each other. We are so happy we went with Mike's - worth every penny!
They installed a pressure regulator b/t house and city water - we had been blowing out fixtures due to massive SATX city water fluctuations. They came out in a very timely fashion (despite SAWS giving us mixed info on shutting off the water) and were exceedingly professional and accommodating. Have used previously and will use again if needed!

Fantastic job. He could have easily taken me for a ride, but Angel from Mike's was very, very honest and saved me a bunch of money. He repaired the cartridges, versus replacing them or replacing the faucet. He discussed replacing the cartridges or replacing the faucet and ended up simply repairing the cartridges, saving me a minimum of $75. Many companies like this don't understand that if you save a customer money, you generate a ton of future money through repeat business & referrals. Mike's has my business for good, & I will tell plenty of people about them. I'm going to hop on facebook later & post positive reviews about them. I sure hope Angel stays with them. I have used them for electrical, but this was my first time for plumbing. Glad to have found a permanent plumber!

The 2nd bathroom used to have hot water, and now it doesn’t. Can yall come and fix that??? … More Angel who claims to be a manager, laughed at me over the phone. When I asked him why did he laugh at my comment, he said I’m sorry mam, I think you’re not understanding me. And no, we weren’t on the same page. But that’s no reason to laugh!!! After I asked him why he was laughing, he said the same thing again. If he’s a manager, there’s no reason for that type of behavior. On another note, Juan (the repiping guy), and his son were on their best behavior, and explained everything accordingly. And Adrian was the one that sold me on the repiping. He had a way much better explanation than Angel. On another note, y’all should make Adrian a manager, instead of Angel (who laughs at people). I hired Mikey’s because my neighbor recommended y’all.

Jorge and Sol were both super great. I was so grateful that they came by to install my Ring … More doorbell and check out any issues with the doorbell wiring. I loved their professionalism and how well they explained the services being provided and I know who I am calling for my next projects

Called Mikes for a toilet leak in our mobile. No one answered at first, but just as promised … More they called me back promptly and sent Rigo out the same day! I told them we had company coming over at 4pm so they had to be done and gone by then. Rigo and his apprentice Austyn arrived and very carefully evaluated the problem I was very impressed how thoughtful and thorough Rigo was inspecting the toilet. They found the problem and informed me immediately the total cost. I decided to replace the toilet and since there was not enough time to finish the job before 4pm. Rigo agreed to be back in the morning. He and his apprentice Mike (?) set to work promptly and completed the job. They were thoroughly competent and professional, very polite and I will always call Mikes if I need plumbing or electrical work. Thanks Rigo, Austyn, Mike and Mikes!
