I am writing in reference to the great customer service I received today from Stephen and Gus. They were both exceptionally nice, kind, friendly, and professional, and it was truly … More a pleasure dealing with them.
I personally requested Stephen’s service because of his professionalism, knowledge, and excellent workmanship. I was even willing to wait several days if necessary for him to be available. His knowledge about his job is second to none, and the quality of his work is truly excellent. What makes Stephen even more special is that he does everything with genuine kindness and patience.
Stephen and Gus are certainly assets to Mighty Mike’s, and I believe they should be commended for the outstanding customer service they provide. Employees like these are a reflection of what a company should stand for: professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and respect for the customer.
