Jorge had me download the app while he quickly installed the switch. He then walked me through … More the pairing and made sure I knew how the app worked. While Jorge was installing the smart switch, David was replacing our Soffit lights with colored app controlled LED lights. Once the soffit lights were installed, Jorge had me download the app for the lights, walked me through the pairing process and made sure the lights all got paired. He then walked me through how the app works and showed me some of the different features.
I was very pleased with the amount of time Jorge took in making sure I was comfortable with how everything worked. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before leaving.
Jorge and David were very quick and left my home as they found it. They were friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.
