Two weeks ago during below freezing temperatures, our water heater decided it was time to start leaking. Jesse and Israel from Mike's came out the following day to check it out and presented me with all the available options and answered … More all my questions (there was a lot!). They were patient, courteous, and professional. I ultimately decided to get a new water heater and they were able to install it the same day. They stayed as long as it took while temperatures were in the low 30s and dropping, just to ensure that we did not go without hot water. Their dedication and determination to make sure the job was done correctly was refreshing. I even got a gift from them in mail today thanking me for being a customer! I'll definitely be using Mike's for all my future needs and recommending them to everyone I know!
